Refund policy
Final Sale on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of our handcrafted cosmetic products, all items that have been opened or used are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of our customers in accordance with standard cosmetic industry hygiene practices.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to the policies above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lemaison@lelesempire.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a resolution at our discretion once the issue has been verified.
